偶德馨,女,中共党员,专任教师。2024 年毕业于合肥工业大学,获食品科学博士学位,2025年入职安徽职业技术学院。主要从事功能性益生菌开发与食源性致病菌污染防控研究。在International Journal of Food Microbiology等国际期刊上发表SCI论文4篇。参与多项国家发明专利的申请与授权工作,获得一项国家发明专利。







主要研究方向:

功能性益生菌资源开发;

食源性致病菌生物防控技术。
